Appliqued Ellie Elephant Tote Bag

This idea was brewing in my head ever since I made the softie the other day! I think it turned out AWESOMELY! :) I had a couple of problems with the lining, but a little ric rac on the outside and that was sorted out.

The appliqué turned out great -
I am so pleased with it!

Look at the cute matching lining!
I also made 2 other bags, but I'll have to show them off later as I have a couple more things to do before I'm off on the school run!

Great job on the bag!!! Can't wait to see the other one's that you've sewn up.
Love the invitations and the knitted dishcloths too, especially the little elephant one it really goes well with the whole elephant theme that you have going on at the moment.... What wool did you use for them??

Thats so cute. The fabrics work really well together on the applique and the bag. Just gorgeous!

Hey - I have an order for some zombie finger puppets if you are selling them???
They'll feature in a music video so they'll be famous......email me to let me know if its a posibility.

I used a cotton/acrylic (yarn bee again) yarn for the cloth. I mainly use cotton type yarn for knitting cloths.

Thanks for commenting - I always enjoy reading about what you all think!
